SRA accounts

RDP specialist legal accountants are proven leaders in regulation and compliance with SRA accounts

Every Law firm must appoint a Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).

The COFA follows a set of principles which ensure that the firm is compliant with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules, also known as SAR.

At RDP, our job is to use our experience and work with the COFA to ensure that absolute compliance is maintained and that all breaches of the SAR are reported correctly and resolved efficiently.

These rules cover the protection of client money and assets, public confidence in the firm’s ability to handle money and assets, and the appropriate use of money and assets.

For more information on how we can help lawyers comply with SRA Accounts Rules, please contact us.
